Introduction

This long established club which began as the Midland Zone of WIA, Victorian Division, serves the Bendigo/Castlemaine area of Central Victoria. It is an active club that promotes the hobby of amateur radio locally and provides training and assistance for anyone interested in qualifying as a radio amateur

Meetings

General Meetings
The Club meetings are held at:-
1st Bendigo Scout Hall
Vine Street
Bendigo

@ 7.30pm on the 3rd Friday of each month except June and December.
Both members & visitors are welcome.

Club Activities & Events

* Monthly meetings- with technical discussions.
* Organizes and participates in conventions, site visits and social functions.
* Quarterly newsletter.
* Maintainance of several repeaters (see club website for details).
* Workshops and technical demonstrations.

Training Courses And Assessment Information

The Club actively promotes entry to the ranks of amateur radio operators and provides a comprehensive training package to assist future candidates.

Upcoming Courses and Assessments
