Introduction
The Scout Radio Activities Group (SRAG) is a group of amateur radio enthusiasts who provide radio communications for outdoor adventurous activities helping to improve the security and smooth running of these events.
The SRAG team also introduces radio communications to youth and adult members of the Scout Association.
Meetings
The Group meets at the Glenelg Centre for Adventurous Activities, Anderson Avenue Glenelg North.
Our meetings are generally on the 1st Friday of the month however some events require the date to be changed. Checkout the website for up to date details.
Club Activities & Events
Although our main function is to provide radio communications for Scouting events within South Australia, we also provide communications for events such as the Murray 200/100 canoe marathon.
We are also responsible for co-ordination of the annual Jamboree On The Air (JOTA) and Jamboree On The Internet (JOTI) in South Australia.
