SUMMARY:EMDRC - Foundation Licence Course 
DESCRIPTION:Brief Description: \n\nDetailed Description: The October
 Foundation Course - 9am- 4pm on Saturday\, assessment on Sunday morning
 - has seats available for anybody wanting to take the first step in
 becoming an Amateur Radio Operator. Cost is\, $75 includes Club
 Membership\, Handbook\, Stationery and Catering. We also collect the $25
 for Assessment (passed onto the WIA) and $57 for 1 year Licence fee
 (passed onto the ACMA). Also please provide a passport photo to process
 the licencing paperwork.\n\nThe EMDRC has a strong focus on education
 and skills improvement and will never charge its members for training.
 While we suggest reading the whole handbook at least once\, it is
 imperative that participants in the Foundation Course obtain the
 handbook before the course dates and are familiar with at least the
 first three chapters.\n\nTo register your participation\, come along to
