DESCRIPTION:Brief Description: \n\nDetailed Description: HADARC will
 activate VK2IMD for International Marconi Day from 10\;00am Sydney time
 on 26th April until 10\;00am Sunday 27th.\nThis is the only IMD station
 in the Asia-Pacific region.\nUsing various HF bands\, mostly SSB and
 some CW.\nErnest Fisk received the first direct wireless message from
 the UK to Australia\, at Wahroonga in Northern Sydney. The signal was
 transmitted from Marconi in Wales.
