Introduction

The Northside Radio Association Inc, (NRA) was established in 2003 after its founding members took on the repair & maintenance of a CB repeater PER01.

Shortly after members decided to establish an Amateur repeater VK6RNA.

The NRA Focus on giving valuable news & direction to CB operators in order that they may one day take the next step in their radio journey & join the Amateur fraternity.

In 2008 The NRA established more repeaters PER08 in the centre of Perth city & PER04 Millendon.

Upon Closing Of The Mandurah & Districts Radio Club The NRA has now taken over the running of MTJ07 Mandurah.

The NRA Already Broadcasts The WIA News & Local News on some of its CB Repeaters & hopes to relay the WIA News & Local News Broadcast on all its repeaters in the near future.

The NRA has a governing committee but has many operators that use their repeaters some of which have gone on to obtain an amateur licence.
