Introduction

WALFEG promotes interest in the science, engineering and technology of low and medium frequency radio, within amateur radio and scientific contexts.

Club Activities & Events

WALFEG is a relatively new group with about 20 members. New members are welcome. The Group provides advice on the operation of VK6MJM, a remotely operated LF/MF station near Manjimup, WA. VK6MJM currently operates on both 630 m (475 kHz) and 2200 m (136 kHz), transmitting and receiving.
