Many Mornington Peninsula organizations & attractions will be on show, with SPARC showcasing amateur radio & launching kites carrying longwire antennas high into the sky. It all happens on the foreshore at Rosebud, Sunday March 10th, thanks to the Rosebud KiteFest Committee. |
