Introduction

Founded in 1982, the Peel Amateur Radio Group is a not for profit volunteer group whose aim is to bring amateur radio and electronic enthusiasts together.

PARG has always had a close association with the Mandurah SES Unit. Both organisations have a formal MoU. Currently around 20 percent of PARG members are also SES members.
PARG is a member of the Mandurah City LEMC.

PARG is a dynamic and friendly group which is keen to welcome new members and interested visitors.

Although PARG focuses on the Peel area - from the cities of Rockingham and Kwinana in the north, through the municipalities of Serpentine-Jarrahdale and Murray to Waroona in the south, incorporating the coastal cities of Rockingham and Mandurah, we have members all over Australia.

We welcome all visitors to our monthly meetings and events. If you'd like to find out if Amateur Radio is for you, please join us at one of our meetings where we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Our VHF repeater VK6RMH 146.850 MHz, -ve offset, 91.5 Hz CTCSS access tone and is also linked into the AllStar Network as node number 57463.
