DX users of the WIA online awards system can now 'try before you buy'. After Registration, DX users will have full access to the awards system, EXCEPT they cannot apply for awards.
This allows DX users to upload their log, perform the various verifications required, and to interrogate the system as to what awards they qualify for. They will not be able to apply for any awards until the Subscription fee is paid. This allows DX users to have certainty as to what awards they qualify for without having to make an upfront subscription payment.
