Gold Coast Hamfest 2026: One Day Only! Sunday 8 November

Date : 02 / 11 / 2026
Author : GCARC

Calling all radio amateurs, CB enthusiasts, marine radio operators, scanner listeners and electronics hobbyists! The Gold Coast Radio and Electronics Sales and Field Day is back next weekend, and everyone is welcome!

The Gold Coast Amateur Radio Society (GCARS) is hosting its annual Gold Coast Hamfest on Sunday 8 November 2026, promising a fantastic opportunity to find radio bargains, explore the latest equipment and catch up with fellow communications enthusiasts.

With plenty of stalls offering new and second-hand radio and electronic equipment, visitors can browse everything from amateur radio gear to antennas, accessories, test equipment and electronic components.

Specialist retailer RadioAndMore has also announced that it will be attending and looks forward to meeting everyone on the day.

But Hamfest is about more than buying and selling equipment. It's a chance to meet the businesses supporting our hobby, discover new technology and finally put faces to the voices you've been talking to on the airwaves!

Whether your interest is amateur radio, CB, marine communications, scanners or electronics, there's something for everyone. Bring a friend, grab a cuppa and enjoy a great day with the radio community.
