VK100WIA Activation Streaming Live To The Web

18/ 09/ 2010   A multi-camera operation is broadcasting the EMDRC's activation of the VK100WIA callsign live via Melbourne's VK3RTV-1 amateur television repeater. Vision and audio also streaming live via the net courtesy of the BATC streaming server.

Phil Wait Appointed WIA Vice-President

14/ 09/ 2010   The WIA Board met in Melbourne at the WIA’s Bayswater offices on the weekend of the 4th and 5th September 2010. Vice President Ewan Mcleod VK4ERM requested to be relieved of his duties as Vice-President because of the pressure of other commitments. The Board appointed Phil Wait VK2ASD as Vice-President.
