Board considers expulsion

The Board of the Wireless Institute of Australia has received a request from four members of the institute to consider expulsion proceedings against one or more members in terms of clause 5.7 of the WIA Constitution
The Board held a special meeting on Wednesday 16th May 2018 at which time the request was considered.
That Board meeting has been adjourned in order that the Board may consider additional information.
It should be noted that should a member be expelled by board resolution; that under section 5.8 of the WIA constitution, they have an absolute right of appeal.
