Board meets with Affiliated Club

Last Thursday night the President and Vice-President of the WIA presented and took questions from the North East Radio Group (NERG) in VK3.

This was following an invitation to come along following NERG's AGM.

The format was a short presentation to the club of what is currently happening within the WIA then a question and answer session from the floor of the meeting.

This was all done over a video conferencing facility that the WIA provides to affiliated clubs for this purpose.

The presentation ran for 30m and the question and answer session for about 30m which was perfect timing as the pizza then arrived at the NERG clubhouse.

If your club would like to have members of the Board to attend, present and answer questions then get in contact with the secretary of the WIA at secretary@wia.org.au.

All the club needs is a good internet connection and the ability to project onto a big screen and send and receive the audio from the PC into a PA system so everyone can see hear and ask questions.
