Register to attend the WIA AGM 2025 and Dinner

Registrations are now open to attend the Wireless Institute of Australia Annual General meeting in Bendigo Victoria on 3 May 2025.

The 2025 WIA Annual General Meeting will be held in the Federation Room of the Shamrock Hotel in Bendigo Victoria at 3.00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Saturday 3rd May 2025. The meeting will be a hybrid event which can be attended either online or in person.

The Bendigo Amateur Radio and Electronics Club will be holding a Technology Festival on the Sunday 4th May 2025 commencing at 10.00am.

Registration is required if you wish to attend the Annual General Meeting either in person or online.

There will also be a Dinner on the evening of 3rd May 2025 in the FEDERATION ROOM. Members, partners, family and others are invited to attend this social event. The charge to attend the dinner including a 2 course meal is $35.00 per person.

There is a bar available from 5.00pm for those wishing to purchase drinks.

Registrations to attend in person will close at midnight on 27th April 2025 as final numbers are required for catering purposes.

5.00pm WIA Forum concludes

6.30pm Networking Meet and Greet - Bar opens.

2 Course Dinner (alternate settings)

Main meal - Roast Chicken and Vegetables or Fish , Chips and Salad

Desert - Apple Crumble and Ice Cream or Chocolate Brownie and Ice Cream
Dietary requirements can be accommodated.

7.30pm Keynote Address

9.30pm Dinner concludes

featuring Trade Displays, Car Boot Sales and Static Displays.

Registration to attend the AGM Online will be open until midnight on 1st May 2025.

The Board of the WIA look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in Bendigo in May.
