Introduction

Our club was originally formed in 1959 by a small group of enthusiasts in Brunswick Heads NSW and was named the Far Northern Radio Club. The club has grown since these early days, a name change to the Summerland Radio Club, then in the late nineteen sixties and we became Summerland Amateur Radio Club Inc.
We have over 100 members, local and overseas.

Meetings

Meetings: Thursday night 1900K, Sundays 1300K.
Club Committee meetings are held at the clubrooms on the 3rd Sunday of the month at our clubrooms 414 Richmond Hill Road, Richmond Hill.
Turn north off the Bruxner Highway at Richmond Hill Road, 10 Kms from Lismore, and the club rooms are about 500m along on the Eastern side.

SARC Courses:

Foundation, Standard and Advanced courses are conducted throughout the year on an as required basis. Assessments for candidates who do their own training can also be arranged as required.
