Introduction

The Barossa Amateur Radio Club operates a 2m FM repeater on 146.825MHz, input 146.225MHz atop Mt Kitchener located at 580 meters ASL in the Barossa Valley.

A separate 70cm System Fusion repeater is located near Tarlee 439.800 MHz and 434.800MHz input. Both repeaters use a 91.5Hz tone (Tx and Rx). The club
also operates two beacons on Mt Kitchener, VK5RBV 50.456MHz and 144.456MHz.

Meetings

Club meetings are held bi-monthly on the first Tuesday of the month, 7.30 for 8 pm at Kodo Technologies, 16 Old Sturt Hwy, Nuriootpa SA 5355. Meeting details are on our club web page: https://vk5brc.com.au/ or find us on Facebook.
