WIA Attends The Gippsland Gate Hamfest

On Saturday the 19th of July an anticipated 200+ amateurs will visit the annual hamfest of the Gippsland Gate Amateur Radio Club. The event will take place at the usual venue, the Cranbourne Public Hall, on the corner of Clarendon St and High St, Melways 133 K4 (High Street forms part of the South Gippsland highway in Cranbourne), with doors opening at 10am.

The WIA will be located on table 19 with directors Peter Young VK3MV, Robert Broomhead VK3KRB and with Diane Ashton VK3FDIZ from the WIA office, all who would be pleased to answer any questions you may have in relation to WIA matters. The WIA table will be well stocked with WIA merchandise, WIA Membership Forms, WIA Callbooks and the new Second Edition Foundation Licence Manual. There will also be a display of books from the WIA Bookshop with order forms available so you can place your bookshop orders on the day.

See you at the GGREC Hamfest on Saturday the 19th.
