Introduction
We are a fairly new club (4yrs) with a membership including amateur operators, c.b operators and electronic enthusiasts.
We are actively involved in amateur radio training.
Our premier event in the year is the provision of communications support for the Technology Challenge Maryborough, particularly the 24hr human powered vehicle race. 2010 saw our fourth year of involvement.
We are inviting operators to join the fun in 2011.

Club Activities & Events
Technology Challenge Maryborough 9,10 & 11 September 2011.
Wide Bay Hamfest will be held at Maryborough West Scout Hall, Ariadne St, Maryborough on Saturday 16th July, 2011.
Disaster scenario innovation and experience day -Sunday 3rd April, 2011 in Anzac Park.
Training Courses And Assessment Information
Foundation training conducted over 5 Saturday mornings and organised as needed.
Standard training conducted over 6 weeks (longer if necessary) and organised according to demand.
Will arrange Advanced training to suit candidate and trainer on request.
Individualised training offered to cover various needs.
Local Assessor and Facilitator.
Upcoming Courses and Assessments
Assessments are conducted as candidates are ready at times mutually convenient to candidate and assessors.
