Introduction
Active since 1977, the GGREC has a rich history in experimentation, learning and social events.
Meetings
The Club meets twice a month:
On the First Friday of each month, we meet at our Club room located behind the Guide Hall at Grant Street Club from around 7:30pm. This is our 'Prac Night' where we do some training, some practical construction work, or just catch up with other members.
On the Third Friday of each month (except December) we have a larger meeting within the Guide Hall itself. During the general meeting, we usually have a guest speaker or demonstration on an interesting topic.
Club Activities & Events
The club is also involved with JOTA/JOTI, various field day events.
Our Club station VK3BJA is accessible 24/7 to our member to use.
We started again to hold an annual HAMFEST in Gippsland.
